This is an entry-level recruitment role for candidates who already have
basic consultancy exposure
. The role is execution-heavy and ideal for someone who wants to build a solid career in recruitment--not just try it out.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen resumes for multiple client requirements
Conduct initial telephonic HR interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Regular follow-ups with candidates for interview feedback
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support senior recruiters in end-to-end hiring activities
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment consultancy
(non-negotiable)
Comfortable with telephonic screening and candidate calling
Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Willingness to learn, take targets, and work under pressure
