Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles including PPC, SEO, Content Writer, Social Media, and Sales positions Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of open positions Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment Strong understanding of digital marketing roles (PPC, SEO, Content, Sales) Good sourcing and screening skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work on multiple roles simultaneously Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and ATS is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
