Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective hiring strategies.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
Plan and execute seamless onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a great candidate experience.
Maintain accurate employee records and track recruitment metrics to continuously optimize hiring outcomes.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in
ed-tech, online learning, or music/performing arts organizations
.
Strong understanding of hiring best practices, employer branding, and creative talent recruitment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
