Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for finding, screening, and hiring qualified professionals as per our requirements.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
Leverage various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
Plan and coordinate orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and physical formats.
Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
2-5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within ed-tech, online learning, or music/performing arts institutions.
Strong understanding of hiring best practices, talent management, and employer branding, with experience in attracting and onboarding music educators, performers, and creative professionals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with artists, educators, and internal teams.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment while balancing the unique requirements of academic, artistic, and operational roles.
Passion for music, arts, and education, with an appreciation for the nuances of working with creative talent.

Pay: ₹10,236.23 - ₹43,616.87 per month
