We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage full-cycle hiring and support our growing workforce needs. You will play a key role in sourcing qualified talent, maintaining strong hiring pipelines, and ensuring a smooth interview and onboarding experience for candidates.
Experience : 2 - 6 Years
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and close candidates as per JD and budget.
Maintain hiring trackers, pipelines, and dashboards.
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Prepare weekly recruitment funnel reports and hiring updates.
Requirements:
Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines.
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
