Role: HR Consultant (1-3 Years Exp.)

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai | Work From Office

Work Details:

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Joining: Immediate joiners highly preferred!

What You'll Do:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI & NBFC roles

Source talent through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn and other platforms

Manage interviews, feedback, follow-ups and offer rollouts

Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain candidate relationships

Coordinate closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of recruitment experience (BFSI/NBFC preferred but not mandatory)

Strong command over job portals and sourcing strategies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable with work-from-office in Goregaon East
