Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions with department heads.
Source candidates using multiple platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
Maintain and regularly update a
talent pipeline
for critical and recurring roles.
Track and report hiring metrics, ensuring timely closures of open positions.
Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement.
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years
of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Proficient in using job portals and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
