Qualifications and skills required:



1-3 Years of Experience into staffing or recruitments or any TA role. Strong command of English language, both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective communication with placement officers, clients, and team members. Effective time management and relationship management skills Quick learner Strong sense of dedication to responsibilities and tasks at hand, ensuring a high level of commitment and ownership in all assignments.

Responsibilities:



Establishing and nurturing connections with Placement Officers across different educational institutions. Sustaining corporate relationships and addressing their specific requirements. Running client mandates end to end. Ensuring timely completion of tasks for both organizations and clients. Engaging with our system and its functionalities. Cooperating closely with the technical team to accomplish shared objectives. Aiding in the organization, upkeep, and optimization of company databases within the system. Efficiently communicating with team members to gather and clarify data needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist with various database-related tasks. Acquiring and implementing best practices in database management, with guidance from senior team members. Offering assistance in customer service-related database activities as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,255.23 - ₹50,557.29 per month

Work Location: In person
