Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Executive with 3-4 years of experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. Key responsibilities include developing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, and overseeing the entire selection process -- from conducting interviews to onboarding new employees.

Understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.

2. Experience with various sourcing tools and platforms.

3. Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.

4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates

5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
