Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for technical roles including embedded engineers, hardware designers, RF engineers, electronics engineers, AI.
Partner with hiring managers to
understand technical requirements
, team dynamics, and project goals.
Build and execute
targeted sourcing strategies
across LinkedIn, Naukri, technical forums, and domain-specific communities.
Actively
map talent markets
in electronics and telecom to build a sustainable candidate pipeline.
Conduct
initial technical and culture-fit screenings
before forwarding candidates to hiring panels.
Work with the leadership team to define
recruitment processes and metrics
for a growing startup.
Support
employer branding
efforts -- including social media hiring campaigns, and networking at industry events.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure a smooth, data-driven hiring process.
Requirements
3-5 years of
technical recruitment experience
in electronics, telecom, or related technology domains.
Strong understanding of
technical skill sets
relevant to electronics and communication engineering.
Ability to work in a
dynamic, high-growth startup environment
and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
Prior experience hiring in
electronics manufacturing, telecom startups
Experience in
employer branding
or social media-based hiring campaigns.
