Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing top talent to meet organisational staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management abilities, and familiarity with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. The Recruiter will play a vital part in building a strong employer brand through social media management and innovative lead generation strategies. Key Responsibilities



Talent Sourcing & Attraction:

Identify and attract qualified candidates through networking, social media, job boards, referrals, and industry events. Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies tailored to real estate professionals.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process -- from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and on boarding. Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Employer Branding:

Promote the company's culture, values, and growth opportunities to position it as an employer of choice in the real estate market. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to create compelling recruitment campaigns and materials.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with hiring managers, team leaders, and CRM to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles. Provide regular hiring updates, analytics, and insights to leadership. Maintain accurate and organized records

Qualifications & Experience



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

2-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within the

real estate industry

(residential, commercial, or property management). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals and timelines.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building, negotiation skills. Knowledge of real estate role requirements, and industry trends. Proficient in using recruitment software ( LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
