Understand hiring requirements from department heads and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with HR for offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding.
