Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for restaurant staff (servers, chefs, managers, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate hiring decisions
- Ensure timely filling of open positions
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR role
- Knowledge of restaurant industry roles and hiring needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Graduate degree in HR, Business, or Commerce

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
