Key Responsibilities
:
Drive end-to-end recruitment for store-level roles (Store Managers, Pharmacists, CSA, etc.).
Collaborate with store and regional managers to address hiring needs effectively.
Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance for all new hires.
Build a robust candidate database to meet current and future demands.
Monitor hiring metrics and share regular updates with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 2-6 years of experience in recruitment (retail/FMCG preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
