Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and campus outreach. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews, selection, negotiation, and onboarding. Draft and publish compelling job descriptions across multiple platforms. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback between candidates and hiring panels. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire). Enhance employer branding through social media and candidate engagement initiatives. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles through proactive sourcing. Stay updated on hiring trends and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations. Prepare analytical hiring reports and present them to management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong interest may apply). Knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Experience hiring across functions -- tech, operations, sales, or support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Preferred Qualities

Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment. Exposure to employer branding or campus hiring initiatives. Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution style. Passion for people, culture, and building high-performing teams.
