Job Description

Talent Acquisition Executive required for an HR shared services organization located in Grant Road, Mumbai

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for mid to senior-level positions

- Conduct CV evaluations, telephonic screenings, and schedule interviews

- Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and candidate updates

- Manage negotiations, closures, and follow-ups to ensure successful onboarding

- Maintain and update talent databases and candidate trackers

- Assist in drafting and managing client communication and email correspondence

- Track accounts receivable, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups related to recruitment billing (if applicable)

salary- Rs 25,000 per month + Incentives
