Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist
to take ownership of Miko's hiring needs and help us build exceptional teams. You will work closely with business leaders, manage the full recruitment cycle, and contribute to strategies that strengthen Miko's talent brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles across multiple functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, create job descriptions, and define success profiles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels - job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, events, and passive candidate outreach.
Screen and evaluate candidates for cultural fit, skills, and experience before presenting them to hiring managers.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer negotiations to ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment data dashboards for accurate reporting and insights.
Drive employer branding initiatives, including social media presence, campus engagement, and participation in relevant events to attract top talent.
Continuously improve recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks, reducing time-to-fill, and enhancing quality of hire.
Stay updated with industry hiring trends and talent market insights to guide hiring strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a tech, product, or startup ecosystem.
Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment metrics, analytics, and reporting.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
