We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team and help us attract top talent to support our growing operations.

Job Summary-



The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Jagruti Rehab Centre's operations across its network of 15+ centres. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment Strategy and Sourcing:



? Collaborate with HR Manager and centre managers to understand staffing needs for roles such as doctors, psychologists, nurses, telecallers, and administrative staff.

? Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and networking events.

? Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles to ensure quick hiring.

2. Job Posting and Branding:



? Create compelling job descriptions that reflect Jagruti's mission and attract qualified candidates.

? Promote job openings through online platforms, professional networks, and local communities to enhance employer branding.

? Showcase Jagruti's commitment to employee development and patient care in recruitment materials.

3. Candidate Screening and Selection:



? Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.

? Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and centre managers.

? Administer skill assessments or psychometric tests as needed, particularly for clinical roles (e.g., psychologists, nurses).

4. Interview and Hiring Process:



? Facilitate a smooth interview process, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.

? Provide insights to hiring managers on candidate suitability, focusing on skills, experience, and alignment with Jagruti's values.

? Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and joining timelines, while adhering to HR policies.

5. Onboarding and Integration:



? Coordinate with HR and centre managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training.

? Follow up with new hires during their first 30-60 days to ensure successful integration and address any concerns.

6. Data Management and Reporting

:

? Maintain accurate recruitment records in the HRIS/CRM system, including candidate details, hiring metrics, and pipeline status.

? Generate reports on recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to support data-driven decisions.

? Monitor and improve recruitment processes based on feedback and analytics.

7. Compliance and Ethics

:

? Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labour laws, healthcare regulations, and Jagruti's ethical standards.

? Verify candidate credentials (e.g., medical licenses, certifications) to ensure compliance with industry requirements.

? Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee data throughout the hiring process.

8. Stakeholder Collaboration:



? Partner with centre managers to align recruitment with operational needs across Jagruti's 15+ locations.

? Work with the marketing team to enhance employer branding through social media and events.

? Engage with colleges and professional associations for internships and entry-level hiring (e.g., psychology/nursing interns).

Qualifications and Skills Required Qualifications



? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

? 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries.

? Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing candidates for diverse roles.

? Familiarity with job boards, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

? Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.

? Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

? Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms to identify and attract talent.

? Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks.

? Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating offers while maintaining candidate satisfaction and budget constraints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
