Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.
Partner with business leaders to close positions across Engineering, Procurement, SCM, Site Operations, Factory, HR, Accounts & more.
Drive campus hiring, trainee programs & fresh talent pipelines.Build and maintain a strong candidate network through portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & referrals.
Manage recruitment MIS and ensure timely closures.
What We're Looking For:
MBA / PGDM in HR (or equivalent).
1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (EPC, Infra, Power, Manufacturing sectors preferred).
Strong communication, sourcing & stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
