We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles and departments. You'll play a key part in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent while helping to shape a positive candidate experience and support our company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, ATS, etc.) to attract quality candidates.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring panels.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Manage a diverse portfolio of roles, including software developers, QA, IT support, sales, marketing and customer success.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven track record of hiring for tech and non-tech profiles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Background in recruitment consultancy or staffing industry is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles at once.
A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach to hiring.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
