Recruitment Executive Duties:



Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various roles within the warehouse (e.g., warehouse associates, forklift operators, supervisors) and supply chain (e.g., logistics coordinators, inventory analysts, procurement specialists, supply chain planners).

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms. Sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., online databases, networking, referrals, direct outreach). Screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and shortlisting candidates. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Conducting in-depth interviews and evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Performing reference and background checks. Extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment.

Candidate Pipeline Development:

Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the warehouse and supply chain industry.

Employer Branding:

Promote the company as an employer of choice within the logistics and supply chain community.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports to management.

Vendor Management:

Liaise with recruitment agencies when necessary, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) in an HR Generalist role, including significant experience in recruitment.

Specific experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, and supply chain positions is highly essential.

In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and various supply chain functions. Proficiency in using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills. Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
