Stakeholder Management
: Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and market trends.
Sourcing Strategies
: Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campus drives, and talent mapping for niche skills.
Process Compliance
: Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, internal policies, and data accuracy in ATS/HRMS systems.
Vendor Management
: Engage with and manage recruitment agencies for critical or niche positions.
Talent Pipeline Development
: Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Key Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
5-10 years of technical/ corporate recruitment experience.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Data-driven approach with strong reporting and analytics capability.
