Job Title - Oracle Talent Acquisition Executive / Lead
Experience - 4 - 10 Years
Location - Hyderabad, Noida
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:-
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process to meet organizational hiring needs with Oracle skill.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (IT/Non-IT).
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidates' fit for the position.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the entire interview process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Create and post job descriptions on different job boards.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions at once.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT Recruitment, Oracle Skill.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
