Supported full-cycle recruitment activities during internship, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Assisted in hiring for entry-level, lateral, and internship positions across various departments.
Sourced candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
Conducted initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinated interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintained and updated candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
Assisted in preparing offer documentation and onboarding formalities.
Followed up with candidates to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Supported employer branding initiatives and campus or internship hiring drives.
Ensured recruitment activities complied with company policies and hiring timelines.
Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
