Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for assigned positions (Non-IT / IT / Academic / Sales roles)
Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and finalize JD & hiring plans
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
within defined TAT
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining follow-ups
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle
bulk & lateral hiring
Good understanding of hiring metrics & TAT
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
