Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven

Recruiter

to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for assigned positions (Non-IT / IT / Academic / Sales roles) Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and finalize JD & hiring plans Source candidates through

job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds Ensure

timely closures

within defined TAT Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining follow-ups Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle

bulk & lateral hiring

Good understanding of hiring metrics & TAT Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
