Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Executive - Talent Acquisition



Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, and networking. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist suitable candidates. Maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers for reporting purposes. Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Skills Required:



Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions

Calicut

Experience:

1-3 years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Qualification:

MBA/PGDM in HRM or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
