The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, managing recruitment channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
