Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (70%)
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
across multiple roles and departments
Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Conduct
initial HR screenings
, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
Drive
walk-ins, job drives, campus hiring, and recruitment events
Act as a strong
employer brand ambassador
during candidate interactions
Maintain hiring trackers, recruitment MIS, and offer pipelines
Ensure timely closures and a smooth
candidate experience
HR Operations Support (30%)
Support onboarding activities including documentation and coordination
Assist with employee records, data management, and basic HR operations
Coordinate with internal teams on HR processes and initiatives
Support employee engagement and internal HR programs as needed
Skills & Competencies
2-4 years of hands-on experience
in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Strong exposure to end-to-end hiring processes
Very extroverted personality
with confidence in public speaking
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Hindi language proficiency is a strong added advantage
Good working knowledge of job portals, sourcing tools, and social platforms
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
Education
Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
