This role involves

end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles

, ensuring a smooth and structured hiring cycle.

Experience Required



6 months to 1 year

in recruitment Hands-on experience in

IT & Non-IT hiring cycle


Key Responsibilities



Manage the

full recruitment life cycle

(sourcing ? screening ? interviews ? offer ? onboarding) Hire for

IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Support, etc.)

and

Non-IT roles (HR, Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.)

Source candidates via

LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and referrals

Screen profiles, conduct

initial HR interviews

, and schedule technical/managerial rounds Maintain and update the

candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker

Build strong relationships with

hiring managers

to understand role requirements Ensure

great candidate experience

and fast turnaround time Support

offer negotiations and onboarding coordination

Help strengthen employer brand through hiring engagement and talent outreach

Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of

IT and Non-IT hiring frameworks

Good communication and interview skills Ability to assess candidates beyond just resumes Comfortable working with

deadlines and hiring targets

Knowledge of

Boolean search, LinkedIn X-ray, and job-based sourcing

Organized with Excel hiring tracker experience Team player with a

growth mindset
