Role: Talent Acquisition - Executive Band: M1
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team.
This role involves end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions across
multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding
top talent that aligns with Lakshya's values and growth plans. You will collaborate closely with
department heads to understand manpower requirements, drive innovative sourcing strategies, and
ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from understanding requirements, sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn,
etc.), social media, and employee referrals.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and selection criteria.
Schedule and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person) efficiently and
professionally.
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and generate periodic hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions in alignment with organizational needs.
Enhance employer branding by promoting Lakshya's culture and opportunities.
Support campus recruitment initiatives and job fairs.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and induction of
new hires.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in
HR preferred).
0-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the education or service
industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Social media.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for finding the right talent.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
