Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews; share timely feedback and ensure closure of open positions.
Contribute to employer branding by representing the company professionally to candidates and clients.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in a recruitment consultancy
or staffing agency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing skills using
social media platforms
like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Good client-handling and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
