About the Role:




We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive (Female) to join our HR team at the corporate office in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in hiring for non-IT roles across the manufacturing /plant hiring, preferably for mid-to-large scale industrial setups.


Key Responsibilities:




Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions in manufacturing plants - including production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, EHS, etc. Partner with plant HR teams and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels: job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with plant teams. Ensure timely closure of open positions with high quality of hire and low turnaround time. Maintain candidate data and recruitment dashboards. Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation standards. Assist in employer branding activities and talent pipeline creation.

Required Skills & Experience:




Minimum 2-5 years of recruitment experience in non-IT hiring, with specific exposure to manufacturing/plant hiring. Strong understanding of factory-based organizational structures and job functions. Proven ability to source, screen, and close positions in a high-pressure environment. Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Educational Qualification:




Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business Administration / Any relevant discipline A PG Diploma in HR would be an added advantage
