Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).

Source candidates via portals, social media & referrals.

Coordinate with hiring managers & ensure smooth hiring process.

Maintain candidate database and provide reports.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.

Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of job portals and sourcing methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
