Source candidates via portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn) Screen resumes & conduct HR telephonic interviews Schedule interviews with hiring managers Manage end-to-end recruitment & daily reporting Support bulk hiring, lateral hiring & onboarding

Requirements:

3+ years of recruitment experience required o Strong communication skills o Target-driven mindset o Ability to multitask and manage multiple mandates simultaneously
