The Company operates as a real estate partner for clients ( ranging from rapidly growing startups to established organizations ) by offering end-to-end solutions for office space acquisition, design, build, and management .HeadQuartered in Mumbai the Company is operational since 2017 and is currently operating from Bangalore, Mumbai, Thane,New Delhi and Noida.

Responsibilities:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, vendor coordination.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Handling entire Onboarding process, sharing Offer letters, Salary negotiation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹32,920.34 per month
