Understanding manpower requirements from tenders and ongoing projects

Internal sourcing of CVs through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other market sources

Hiring for Civil Infrastructure (RI) tenders and project deployments

Conducting screening, interviews, and coordination with project teams

Managing MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and documentation

Handling salary negotiations and candidate onboarding.

Roles & Responsibilities:



End-to-end recruitment for infrastructure & BIM projects

Coordination with project heads and management

Maintaining recruitment data and reports

Ensuring timely deployment of manpower

Supporting HR operations as required.

Education / Qualification:



BBA / MBA (HR preferred).

Industry:



Civil Infrastructure & BIM

(Highways | Railways | Water | Waste Water | Buildings | BIM Projects Etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
