Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bulk Hiring)

Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Reports To:

Talent Acquisition Manager/Head of HR

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment campaigns for large-scale hiring initiatives, focusing on rapidly sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet organizational growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy & Planning:

Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs for high-volume roles (e.g., Sales, Customer Service). Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, campus recruitment) to build large talent pools.

Sourcing & Screening:

Manage job postings and advertisements across various platforms. Efficiently review and screen resumes against job requirements for mass hiring. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates quickly.

Candidate Experience & Process:

Ensure a positive, streamlined candidate journey throughout the entire hiring lifecycle. Manage the offer process and work with HR to develop efficient mass onboarding.

Stakeholder & Data Management:

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and provide updates. Track, analyze, and report on recruitment data (KPIs) to improve processes and performance.

Employer Branding:

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's reputation to attract talent.

Requirements & Skills:



Proven experience in

full-cycle recruitment

, specifically in

high-volume

or

bulk hiring

(e.g., 100+ hires). Strong knowledge of effective recruitment techniques and mass hiring best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
