- Talent Acquisition Executives

Key Responsibilities -



Managing

bulk hiring drives

and meeting daily/weekly hiring targets

Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting

walk-in candidates



Handling

end-to-end recruitment

for BPO and related roles

Ensuring strong candidate pipelines and timely closures

Delivering an excellent candidate experience during walk-ins

Required Experience & Skills -



6 months to 1 year

of recruitment experience

Strong experience in

bulk hiring

&

BPO hiring



Prior exposure to

walk-in hiring



Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills

Salary Budget

Up to ₹4.5 LPA

(based on experience & fit)
