Non-IT hiring + bulk recruitment

with speed, ownership & quality. If recruitment is your passion, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

End-to-end hiring for

Non-IT & IT roles

(Sales, Ops, Support, Marketing, EA, Writing, etc.) Manage

bulk hiring

, walk-ins & job fairs Source candidates via

Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn & social platforms

Create clear, role-based JDs & gather hiring needs Screen, shortlist & coordinate interviews Maintain hiring trackers & ensure

fast closures (low TAT)

Build strong talent pipelines

What We're Looking For

upto 1 year of recruitment experience Strong experience in

Non-IT + bulk hiring

Excellent communication, sourcing & negotiation skills Fast, proactive, organized & target-focused Familiar with major job portals & hiring tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
