We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Executive
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
entire recruitment lifecycle
- from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates.
Source candidates
through various channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social media.
Screen and shortlist
profiles based on required skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews
with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the
applicant tracking database
regularly.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring teams to forecast and plan future hiring needs.
Support in
employer branding
initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience
in talent acquisition or recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
Strong understanding of
sourcing techniques
and recruitment best practices.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a
fast-paced environment
.
Proficiency with
MS Office tools
and job portals.
