As an HR Executive with a primary focus on talent acquisition, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. Additionally, you will take on operational and HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsibilities to contribute to the overall HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals
Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Screening: Conduct initial resume screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability
Interview Coordination: Manage and coordinate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Selection and Onboarding: Facilitate the selection process, including offer negotiation, and collaborate with other departments for a seamless onboarding experience
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven 1-2 yrs experience in talent acquisition with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes (Preferably from Ed-Tech Background)
Familiarity with HR operations and business partnering
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
