Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.
Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinating the hiring end-to-end process.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Handle internal verification processes as required.
Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in human resource management
1- 3 years of experience is required
Knowledge of recruitment and its full cycle
Strong communication skills
Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team
Efficiency in time management
Must have leadership skills and work ethics
