Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive(Female Only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female HR Recruiter to join our team in

Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in e-commerce hiring, bulk

hiring, and mid to senior-level recruitment. This role is critical to scaling our rapidly

growing team and will involve end-to-end recruitment responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

? Handle the entire recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

? Manage bulk hiring drives for warehouse and field operations roles.

? Source and recruit candidates for mid to senior-level positions across departments.

? Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of suitable candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

? Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring requirements.

? Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders.

? Maintain recruitment dashboards, track metrics, and provide regular hiring updates.

? Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

? Stay updated with current recruitment trends in the e-commerce sector.

? Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience (3-6 years) in e-commerce, bulk, and senior-level hiring.

? Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.

? Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
