Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive(Female Only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female HR Recruiter to join our team in

Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in e-commerce hiring, bulk

hiring, and mid to senior-level recruitment. This role is critical to scaling our rapidly

growing team and will involve end-to-end recruitment responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the entire recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.


Manage bulk hiring drives for warehouse and field operations roles.


Source and recruit candidates for mid to senior-level positions across departments.


Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of suitable candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).


Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring requirements.


Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders.


Maintain recruitment dashboards, track metrics, and provide regular hiring updates.


Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Stay updated with current recruitment trends in the e-commerce sector.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience (3-6 years) in e-commerce, bulk, and senior-level hiring.


Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.


Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
