Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale by bringing in the best talent across sales, operations, and advisory roles. You will own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle -- from sourcing and screening to ensuring an excellent candidate experience and timely closures. This is a mid-level recruiting role focused on driving hiring outcomes and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and social media Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements Drive employer branding initiatives and attract top talent Maintain recruitment dashboards and weekly reports
What We're Looking For

1-3 yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (agency or in-house) Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, networking) Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver on timelines High ownership, persistence, and a people-first mindset

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
