Location- GurgaonJob Responsibilities- Hiring and Recruitment Team Management. Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for the organization. Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience. Partner closely with External Sourcing for overall Talent Acquisition processes, plans, programs and tools. Manages the ATS and recruitment technology tools Talent Attraction Develop and deliver overall talent attraction strategy including strategic use of our hiring channels. Develop and analysis the current recruitment metrics and continually refine & improve the talent acquisition process across the organization. Build diverse candidate pools, and create initiatives to attract and retain diverse talent Candidate Experience Ensure the hiring process is delivered at the highest of standards at all times Implementing and managing the ATS and other recruitment technology toolBehaviors to Display- Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to successfully navigate changing priorities. Handle complex & challenging environment & deal with a solution-oriented mindset. Experience in implementing & managing recruitment-related data and reporting, applicant tracking systems, and direct sourcing tools. Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
