We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive (IT & Non-IT)

Location:

Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Working Hours:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days:

6 days a week (4th Saturday off)

Experience Required:

2-3 years

Salary:

?30,000 - ?35,000 per month

Key Requirements:

Prior experience in a

recruitment consultancy

Hands-on experience in

IT & Non-IT hiring

client coordination

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for IT and Non-IT positions Understand

client requirements

and job specifications Source candidates through

job portals, referrals, social media, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct

initial candidate assessments

Coordinate

interviews

between clients and candidates Maintain strong

client and candidate relationships

Ensure

timely closures

and follow-ups Maintain recruitment

reports and MIS
