Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across Clinical Operations, Analytical Research, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Support Functions.
Partner with department heads to define job requirements, create role-specific job descriptions, and ensure timely hiring.
Source candidates using a variety of platforms - job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies.
Screen candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, conduct HR rounds, and manage offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on
recruitment and employee engagement
, preferably in a CRO, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or scientific research environment.
Sound understanding of roles within clinical and analytical research functions.
Proficient in using job portals, ATS, and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
