Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases and MIS Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offers Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding formalities Meet monthly hiring targets and timelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
