With ambitious, continued, growth plans, PMC is looking to recruit and retain talented individuals within our business. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and managing the recruitment process for various positions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key accountabilities
Managing the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling for potential candidates, while considering the business impact and priority.
Source and identify qualified candidates using various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to determine candidate fit
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other team members
Manage the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and executive leadership
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
Analyse and report on recruitment metrics and develop recommendations for improvement
Assist with onboarding new employees, planning and coordinating various induction sessions.
Establishing a good rapport with new joiners while also supporting and engaging them into post onboarding activities.
Ensure the company culture and values are represented throughout the resourcing process.
