Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

end-to-end recruitment

for

technical and non-technical roles



Head hunting

candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels

Screen resumes

and shortlist profiles as per role requirements

Coordinate with candidates for

interviews and follow-ups



Maintain and update

candidate databases and recruitment trackers



Support HR operations and employer branding initiatives

Required Skills:

Strong interest in

HR & Talent Acquisition



Knowledge or willingness to learn

IT & non-IT hiring



Excellent

verbal and written communication skills



Good interpersonal and coordination abilities

Basic knowledge of

job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,563.03 - ₹20,457.94 per month
